Curriculums
Our curriculums are designed based on the concept of “Play and Discover”. They combine the Emergent Curriculum with Loose Parts Play, the Exercise of Practical Life (EPL) and the new Alberta flight curriculum. For kindergarten and school-aged groups, curriculums promote Project-based learning with Loose Parts and STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics). Through our programs, we assist children to develop fondness for learning, independence, self-esteem, self-control, and the ability to interact positively with others.
Kidz Planet Daycare is aware that each child’s needs are unique. Our programs are designed to provide each child a safe, loving, and healthy environment that can further their developments. Kidz Planet Daycare will accomplish this by providing age appropriate, open-ended activities where children are encouraged to explore, discover, and solve problems. We embrace different developmental levels, multiculturalism, abilities, and needs of individual children.
